City of Portland LED Lighting Consulting Services

Colby Co. is providing LED lighting consultant services to assist the City as it transitions 6,600 existing high pressure sodium street lights to LEDs. We assisted the City during the contractor selection process and we are continuing to support the City by answering technical questions, reviewing designs and calculations, attending project meetings and conducting site visits.  The replacement project is estimated to reduce the City’s electricity consumption for street lighting by 2.7 million kWh per year.  For more information, please visit the City’s LED Streetlight Conversion & Smart City project site.
